Service Description

Sharper Tools provides professional sharpening services for medical instruments including surgical scissors, scalpels, and other precision medical tools. Our specialized sharpening process restores optimal cutting performance while maintaining instrument integrity.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day the invoice is sent via PayPal
All invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoice receipt
Late payments may result in service suspension

Additional Charges

Damaged or excessively worn instruments may incur additional restoration fees
Extra charges will be clearly itemized on your invoice
Customer approval will be requested for any additional work exceeding $50

Appointment Policy

A $25 fee will be charged for missed appointments without 24-hour notice
This fee will be added to your next invoice
Repeated missed appointments may result in service termination

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service at any time without penalty
Final invoice must be paid before instrument return

Important Notice

Client is responsible for proper sterilization before and after service
Sharper Tools is not responsible for contamination or sterilization
All instruments should be properly cleaned before drop-off
