KNIFE EXCHANGE SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

Effective Date: 11/15/2025

Between: Sharper Tools, a business located in Washington State (“Company”) And: ________________________________ (“Customer”)

 

Company agrees to provide ongoing knife exchange services to Customer, including regular pickup, professional sharpening, and return of Customer’s kitchen knives according to the agreed schedule.

 

  • Invoice Payment: Payment is due on the day the invoice is sent via PayPal to Customer’s designated email address.

  • Payment Method: All payments shall be processed through PayPal unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.

  • Late Payment: Past due accounts may result in suspension of service.

 

  • Standard Service: As quoted and agreed upon between parties.

  • Damaged Knife Charges: Additional fees may apply for knives requiring repair due to damage, chips, or excessive wear. Customer will be notified of any additional charges before work is performed.

  • Missed Appointment Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for missed pickup or delivery appointments and added to Customer’s next invoice.

 

Customer may cancel this service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Company. Upon cancellation, Customer must return all Company-provided knives at the end of the current billing cycle. Any outstanding invoices remain due and payable.

 

Customer will exercise reasonable care in handling Sharper Tools LLC’s knives. Customer is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
