Step 1: Welcome & Account Setup

Collect the main contact details and set up the customer in our system.

Discuss their knife inventory: types, quantities, and special requests.
Step 2: Knife Exchange Schedule for you to bring the Knives to me.

Set up a regular exchange schedule (weekly, biweekly, or custom).

Confirm their preferred exchange days and times.

Share our contact info for last-minute changes or urgent requests.
Step 3: Preparation for First Exchange

Give clear instructions on how to pack knives safely for pickup:

Use provided knife transport bins or wrap knives securely in towels or knife rolls.

Label bins with the restaurant’s name and any special sharpening instructions.

Explain safety and handling guidelines for staff.
Step 4: First Exchange Your driver arrives at the agreed time at my location.
Prepay for the month.
Dull knives are dropped off and a fresh, professionally sharpened set is picked up.

We provide a quick check-in and can answer questions or take feedback on the spot.
Step 5: Ongoing Service & Communication

Each pickup/drop-off comes with a quality guarantee: If any knife isn’t perfect, let us know and we’ll fix it.

Share an easy way to report issues or order extra sharpening (call/text/email/website).

Send regular friendly reminders about next scheduled exchange.
Step 6: Invoicing & Payment

Simple billing each month (or per exchange, as requested).

Multiple easy payment options: card, paypal invoice or online payment.

Transparent, itemized invoices.
Step 7: Feedback & Relationship Building

After first month, check in for feedback. Adjust schedule or services as needed.
