PICKUP AND RETURN SERVICE AGREEMENT

Between: Sharper Tools (“Company”) Website: sharper-tools.com And: Customer (“Customer”)

Company agrees to provide pickup and return service for sharpening of kitchen knives, garden tools, sewing scissors, medical scissors, and other approved items (“Items”) at Customer’s designated location within the Seattle service area.

Payment is due in full upon receipt of sharpened Items being returned to Customer. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic payment. Company reserves the right to retain Items until payment is received in full.

Customer shall:
  • Ensure Items are reasonably clean and free of debris
  • Provide accurate contact information and service address
  • Be available for scheduled pickup and return appointments
  • Inspect returned Items promptly upon delivery

Company shall:
  • Handle Items with reasonable care during transport and service
  • Return Items in sharpened condition within agreed timeframe
  • Provide receipt for payment upon delivery

Company’s liability is limited to the replacement value of Items as determined at time of pickup. Company is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Items are serviced at Customer’s risk.

Customer bears risk of loss for any pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Company will notify Customer of any discovered damage before proceeding with service.

This Agreement is governed by Washington State law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Washington State courts.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties and may only be modified in writing.
