Sharper Tools LLC 14-Day Exchange Policy

At Sharper Tools LLC, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day exchange policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   The 14-day exchange policy is applicable to products purchased directly from Sharper Tools LLC. The 14 day period starts from the date of the original purchase and does not reset with the date of the replacement item.
   The product must be in its original condition, unused or lightly used, and in the original packaging.
   Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Exchange Process
   To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service department within 14 days from the date of purchase.
   Provide details of the product you wish to exchange, along with your proof of purchase.
   Our customer service representatives will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Exchange Options
   You may exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value.
   If the desired item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.
   If the desired item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
4. Exclusions
   This exchange policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
   Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for exchange.
   Any accessories or components originally included with the product must be returned in their entirety.
5. Return Shipping
   The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error by Sharper Tools LLC.
   We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
6. Inspection and Approval
   Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
   If the product passes inspection, we will process the exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
