Sharper Tools provides custom laser engraving services for promotional items and branded giveaways. All items are made-to-order based on customer specifications and approved designs.

Design Submission: Customer must provide final artwork in vector format (PNG, JPG, SVG) or high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum). Sharper Tools will provide design consultation and file preparation assistance.

Approval Required: Customer must approve a digital proof before production begins. No changes permitted after approval without additional fees.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantity of 25 pieces for most items. Smaller quantities may be available with setup fee adjustment.

Timeline: Standard production time is 5-10 business days after design approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders available for additional fee.
Delivery: Local pickup available at our facility. Shipping costs calculated separately and paid by customer.
Quality Standards: Items will meet industry standards for laser engraving. Natural variations in materials may affect final appearance.

Deposit: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation. Balance due before pickup or shipping.
Payment Methods: Cash, credit card, Venmo or PayPal accepted.
Custom Orders: All custom engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for full refund. After production begins, cancellation results in forfeiture of deposit and payment for any completed work.

Sharper Tools’ liability is limited to the cost of the promotional items. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses from delayed delivery or production issues.

Customer warrants they own or have rights to use all submitted designs and logos. Customer indemnifies Sharper Tools against any copyright or trademark infringement claims.

By placing an order, customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges receipt of this onboarding agreement.
