Sharpening Service Warranty

This warranty is provided by Sharper Tools LLC, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”, to the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”, for the sharpening service performed on the Customer’s tools or equipment, hereinafter referred to as “the Items”.

Warranty Coverage:

The Service Provider warrants that the Items will be sharpened with care and expertise, using appropriate techniques and equipment.

The Service Provider guarantees that the sharpened Items will be returned to the Customer in a condition that meets or exceeds industry standards.

The warranty covers any defects in the sharpening service provided by the Service Provider.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period for the sharpening service is 14 days from the date of delivery of the sharpened Items to the Customer.

Warranty Claim:

In the event that the Customer detects any defects or issues with the sharpened Items within the warranty period, the Customer must promptly notify the Service Provider.

The Customer must provide reasonable evidence of the defect or issue, such as photographs or a detailed description.

The Warranty Claim should be made in writing by contacting the Service Provider’s customer service department.

Warranty Remedies:

Upon receiving a valid Warranty Claim, the Service Provider will evaluate the issue and, at their discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Re-sharpen the Items at no additional cost to the Customer.

Replace the Items with an equivalent or similar item if re-sharpening is not feasible.

Refund the Customer the cost of the sharpening service.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Items resulting from regular use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, accidents, or negligence on the part of the Customer.

The warranty does not cover any modifications or alterations made to the Items after the sharpening service.

Limitation of Liability:

The Service Provider’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the sharpening service provided.

The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the sharpened Items.

By availing the sharpening service provided by the Service Provider, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
